1.06.2003 I finally took the car from
Dunkan-auto.
Quite a lot of things have been done, and quite good. Floors where
welded from VAZ-2121, made new front posts, inner sills, front and middle
outriggers. Replaced front panel, wing posts. All new parts where covered
with rust cement.
Some incidents occured - gas pump sometimes stopped to work, one wheel
slowly drained, and outrigger gap was no welded. Outrigger was fixed
momentarily, pump I've fixed by myself - there was a weak skrew on one
contact that caused a fuse to burn out. the weel drain I've fixed in
Moscow.
Now is the turn for wings, rear archs, and back panel, and then -
painting. Don't know yet where to find the wings, but archs and back panel
will weld in the same service, when collect enough money.
In the capin I've put back the upholstery, fixed it up along the sills.
Buckles a bit, but will fit with time, I think. |
